Industrial Action (Resident Doctors & Dentists in Training NHS Scotland) 2025
- Employers’ Reference Group Guidance
As referred to in paragraph 5.1 of the above guidance an FAQ document is currently being produced and will be available here in due course. - MSG Pay – ERG Guidance – Medical staff working during Industrial Action by Resident Doctors (2025)
- Preparedness for Industrial Action – This broad brush guidance was signed off at the JNC(Scotland) meeting on 26 February 2025 and is joint MSG/BMA guidance.
- Industrial Action Pay Issues – Escalation & Governance Guidance. This document outlines the process to be followed when, in the context of industrial action Boards feel it necessary to move beyond the provisions outlined in the above pay guidance from MSG.
