Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions Handbook
There has been an updated version of the NHS Scotland AfC Handbook placed on the MSG website. This was updated as at 1 July 2024.
NHS Scotland Workforce Infrastructure
In addition to Chief Executives, there are representatives of HRDs, Medical, Nursing and Finance Directors on the Management Steering Group, a sub group of Chief Executives. This ensures appropriate input into the discussions which inform workforce policy and pay, terms and conditions in NHS Scotland. MSG interacts with a mixture of other partnership and employer groups and the attached paper sets out the remits and membership of these various groups.
