MSG is a joint Scottish Government Health Directorates (SGHD) / NHS Employer body to discuss Strategic Service and consequential Workforce issues. It forms and leads the ‘Management Side’ of any bi-lateral or multi-lateral pay bargaining events in Scotland and provides a forum to discuss the Service’s position on UK Pay and Workforce matters and agree Scottish representation.
