MSG, Management Steering Group, is accountable through the Chair of MSG (who is appointed by Board Chief Executives) to the Scottish NHS Health Board Chief Executives’ Group and ultimately to the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing through the NHS Scotland Director General.
